PRICING & CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed on the website are in your local currency. To be sure of the currency that you see, please check the country flag icon in the top left-hand corner on the desktop, or select the menu icon in the top left-hand corner on mobile to view the country flag icon. If you aren't seeing your correct currency, please clear your cookies and cache and try incognito mode on your web browser.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, ) as well as PayPal.

When you pay by credit card, may and will, be refused payment by the bank.

The reasons may be as follows:
1. The purchase amount is over $150. Solution: You can choose to purchase infractions or pay with PayPal (Paypal also pays by credit card).
2. You are on vacation now while you want to mail it to your home. The bank will detect that your IP at this time is different from the IP address issued by your bank card. Solution: You can pay with PayPal, and you can let your friends use their cards to help you.
3. You filed a chargeback in the previous purchase of the product.

It's a relatively easy situation, and the best solution is to pay with PayPal.

In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. LaaVoo Hair does NOT keep credit card information on record. 

SHIPPING AND VERIFICATION

Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (street number and name, city, state, and zip code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.
