All prices on the website include FREE express shipping*. Your hair extensions are shipped from our warehouses located in either China or United States of America.
All orders ship within 48 hours after we receive the payment. All orders ship same day if placed before 2 p.m. UTC +8 Monday - Friday unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error. We never ship during weekends or Chinese holidays.
NO SHIPPING on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. (If you order Friday-Sunday, you order will ship on Monday.)
For US,Canada，Australia，East Africa，Some countries of Europe ,Expedited shipping service for orders over 80 dollars,otherwise,standard shipping service via China post.If you want a fast delivery for order below 80 dollars, please also add the "expedited shipping via Dhl or Fedex" into your chart which will cost you extra 12 dollars.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY:
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1–4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time. Please contact us only AFTER you have spoken with your courier for assistance.

All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped with DHL, USPS, FedEx, etc. When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.
LaaVoo will update your tracking number via email, all orders come with a verified tracking number and link. Tracking may take a few hours to update. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. LaaVoo does not control the courier trucks, so once it leaves our facility you will need to contact them for any issues.
All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of LaaVoo.
Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.
Sometimes the mail courier can get delayed by a few hours so plan your hair appointments in advance. We do not control shipping. We process and ship the orders daily. Although it is rare, orders can be lost or delayed due to weather and other uncontrollable forces by the mail courier. We cannot be responsible for these delays. The most trusted and reliable shipping courier is DHL,FedEx.
20-Day Return/Exchange Policy:
Our client’s satisfaction is our main priority and we will gladly accept your return on qualified items (See qualified items). Returns must be requested within 20 days of receiving your original order. Requests can be sent to email@example.com. For all returns due to no fault of ours,you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Once we receive your item we will send it to our specialists for inspection and you will be notified on the approval of your return. You will be refunded the total fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item is found to be disqualified for the return,You will not be refunded the total fee.Only will be refunded part.
With our effortless exchange policy, you can have confidence with the satisfaction of your product. With exchanges we will waive the 15% (based on item price) re-stocking fee but you will still be responsible for shipping the item to us. All exchange requests must be sent in within 20 days of receiving the item(s). Requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any difference with your total will be charged or refunded after our specialists review the items. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your bank to release the funds into your account.
If your item is found to be disqualified for the return, you are responsible for shipping the item back to you.
A Back order occurs when there is an influx of orders that surpass our supply of items. When this occurs, we will notify you immediately and you will have a choice of:
- waiting for your item until we receive more inventory
- Switching out your item for a different color or style.
- Remove the item from the order.
Once an order is placed our team works quickly to process the order in a timely manner. If you need to make a change on an existing order you must do so before the item leaves our office. Once an order is shipped out, changes cannot be made to the order. You will need to go through the return/exchange process.
With any promotion, only one can be applied to each transaction. For promotions with a coupon code, the coupon code must be entered at check out.
