Tape in Hair Extensions Soid Jet Black (#1) Straight Human Hair
First time tape in girl here! Was looking to see how I felt about the process/ try out some cheaper hair Incase I just hated the way tape ins felt. Was pleasantly surprised upon arrival! Very soft and full upon receiving. I bought 3 packs (I have very thick/wavy hair so I wanted to be safe) my stylist did end up using all the pieces. We did add additional tape as she normally does. A little over a week in, have washed 3 times now and feels just as great as it originally did! Color match was easy since I have black hair but overall am very pleased so far!
I have gone through so many brands from expensive to insanely cheap and these are by far my favorite yet. I used four full packs (I have naturally really thick hair) of 20-inch hair. They are super thick and blend into my shoulder-length hair perfectly. The only recommendation I have is to apply a different tape because the tape it comes with didn't feel as strong as the replacement tape I had from previous extensions! highly recommend these :)
As a hairstylist of 14 years I have used many brands of tape ins. I have only washed them twice with professional shampoo (Wella) and have let them air dry, added a leave in conditioner and heat spray before any curling (on med heat) unfortunately I have already had to cut about 3 inches off because they got all dry and matted. I add hair oil to the ends often but still have to brush a lot. I braid at night and it still gets dry and tangled. I don't see it on some so maybe there was a problem with one pack but I don't think I'll get much wear out of this hair if it stays this dry and brittle.
Read the reviews and they seemed pretty good. They were better than I expected. So far so good. Have only had them in for 3 days but have washed my hair and everything is still good !
So I got these because I have seen so many reviews on them and they have been really good! Also I just needed a change in my hair! So what I didn't like was that the color was off it was more of a brown then burgundy. Also some of the tapes had a piece of string which is really annoying!??But besides that the hair is really soft and the tapes were full and the hair is really soft! You can style them like your hair! Besides the strings I think they are really good for the price! I mean you can go wrong with them.
The hair was easy to put in, I did the one sided tape method because I have thin hair. I can't even feel them! So light weight I love it. So far so good with straightening them. Haven't curled them yet. I've been playing around with extensions for almost 9 years because my hair just stop growing at a certain length, and I would have to say tape ins by far are the best method. Not such a hassle and less damaging. The quality is fairly good for the price on these tape ins. I would say give them a try!
