How to choose the right color for your extensions?
LaaVoo Hair extensions are offered in many beautiful colors ranging from Jet Black to Platinum Blonde, and from Highlights to Balayage.

How long do hair extensions can last?
The lifespan of LaaVoo Remy hair can range anywhere between 2-4 months. Virgin hair can last between 6 to 12 months. It depends on the general care they receive and how often they are worn. The important thing to remember is that your hair extensions don't have a natural hydration source like your own hair does. So keeping them moisturized and reducing dryness is crucial to prolonging their lifespan. Just take care of them. You can use them for a very long time.
What temperature can hair extensions be styled at? Does heat damage hair extensions?
When styling your hair extensions with a heat styling tool, we recommend setting your tool at 120C/250F degrees or lower.
However, it's important to note that excessive heat can damage the hair extensions over time, causing them to become dry, brittle, and prone to breakage.
To minimize the risk of heat damage, it's recommended to use a heat protectant spray before styling and to avoid using high heat settings for prolonged periods of time. It's also a good idea to limit the use of heat styling tools to avoid overexposure to heat. If you're unsure about the appropriate temperature for your hair extensions, it's always best to consult with a professional stylist who can provide guidance on how to safely style and care for your extensions.
Can I curl and straighten my hair extensions?
Just like your own hair, LaaVoo Hair extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your hair extensions, however, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your set.
When curling your hair extensions, it's best to use a curling iron with a barrel size of 1 inch or larger, and to wrap the hair around the barrel without clamping down too tightly. This will help to create loose, natural-looking curls without putting too much stress on the hair.
When straightening your hair extensions, it's important to use a flat iron with ceramic plates, which will distribute heat evenly and minimize the risk of hot spots that can cause damage. It's also a good idea to use a comb or brush to detangle the hair before straightening, and to work in small sections to ensure that each section is evenly straightened.
How do I wash my extensions?
Washing your hair extensions is an important part of maintaining their appearance and prolonging their lifespan. Here are the steps to follow when washing your extensions:
1. Detangle the hair: Before washing your extensions, use a wide-tooth comb or a brush specifically designed for extensions to gently detangle the hair, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots.
2. Prepare the shampoo: Fill a sink or basin with lukewarm water and add a small amount of sulfate-free shampoo. Swirl the water to create suds.
3. Wash the extensions: Immerse the extensions in the water and gently massage the shampoo into the hair, being careful not to rub or twist the hair. Rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
4. Condition the hair: Apply a small amount of conditioner to the hair, focusing on the ends. Leave the conditioner in for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
5. Dry the hair: Gently squeeze the excess water out of the hair, being careful not to rub or twist the hair. Wrap the hair in a towel and gently pat dry. Allow the hair to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low heat setting.
It's important to note that you should only wash your extensions when they are dirty or every 2-3 weeks, as over-washing can cause damage to the hair. Additionally, avoid using hot water or harsh shampoos, as these can strip the hair of its natural oils and cause it to become dry and brittle.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on where you are. Generally we will send the hair out in 24 hours unless there is afraudulent warning or shipping address error. We don't ship during weekends or Chinese holidays. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
